Established the brand identity for the annual event and ensured all materials reflected brand guidelines of the event and those set by TED regulations. Assisted the Creative team in developing and generating all output, print and digital: promotional and marketing materials, internal correspondence, web presence, event place-making, etc.

Managed the Creative Team by delegating tasks, providing feedback, overseeing and approving all output. Devised a system for communicating progress and managing work flow. Integrated productivity platforms in effort to ensure transparency with all different teams.
